- within 14 Days of receipt
- Brand New
- Original Condition with tags intact
- Original Packing
- No Drinking bottles / Hydration system can be refunded due to hygiene issues.
There are just 4 easy steps to exchange and/or refund/return online!
STEP 1:
i) Contact us directly via returns@suburban.com.hk or via our Facebook messenger @suburbanhk for a RMA ( Return Merchandise Authorisation )
ii) Fill up the return slip included in your package. Indicate legibly:
- return reason OR
- exchange size and/or color
STEP 2:
Pack your items and the return slip back into our reusable SF-Express bag or to use your own packing and to pass it to a SF Express outlet / to arrange for a pick up by calling
P.S: For easy self-tracking and for us to assist you better, please keep a record of the return tracking number from SF-Express.
STEP 3:
Allow 2-5 working days for us to receive your return and examine the merchandise.
STEP 4:
Lastly, look out for an email notification for refund once its processed.

Pack your items and the return slip and ship it back to us using a traceable Airmail service, please kindly note that it is buyer’s responsibility to pack the returning merchandise well and protected as Suburban will not be responsible of any damage / loss of the merchandise during the transit of the return.
