Carrying has never been more comfortable. JAY's suspension system directs all the weight down towards your hips instead of hanging off your shoulders. The one-piece shoulder straps and ergonomic hip pad distribute the weight evenly over the three main contact points on your body.

The hip strap can also be accessed and stowed in seconds. It features a super durable Duraflex® Center Push Buckle that can deal with anything you throw at it.
Easy access features include inside and outside top lid pockets, as well as a concealed passport pocket built into the hip pad and protected by a YKK® Water Repellent zipper. Scroll further to see more details.
Just pull the lid down with one hand and voilà, you have instant top access to all your belongings. An integrated flexible ring allows JAY to hold its shape when open, so simply reach in and enjoy.
Your valuables are safe! Featuring an overlapping top lid with a Fidlock® magnetic snap fastener, JAY closes securely yet still allows for an intuitive one-handed opening.
Thanks to the combination of an ergonomic opening mechanism and the magnetic snap fastener, JAY is the pickpocket’s new nightmare.
For easy opening, JAY has a concealed tab built into the fabric, making it super-easy for you to open. At the same time, it will remain safely secure when closed. Simply release the top lid and watch it snap securely and satisfyingly into place.

All of the zippers on JAY are water repellent, as well as all of the seams and threads, which are treated with a durable hydrophobic solution. The entire shell on the Kodra JAY is treated the same way too, while the leather on the Black Leather Edition is naturally resistant to water.
JAY's zip & snap system means that with one pull of a zipper all your essentials are accessible from the side while still remaining secure and organized. We only used waterproof YKK® zippers and highest-quality snap fasteners to ensure that the zippers will last for many years to come.

ii) Fill up the return slip included in your package. Indicate legibly:

- exchange size and/or color
STEP 2:
Pack your items and the return slip back into our reusable SF-Express bag or to use your own packing and to pass it to a SF Express outlet / to arrange for a pick up by calling
P.S: For easy self-tracking and for us to assist you better, please keep a record of the return tracking number from SF-Express.
STEP 3:
Allow 2-5 working days for us to receive your return and examine the merchandise.
STEP 4:
Lastly, look out for an email notification for refund once its processed.
