🧧 Suburban 2026 Lunar New Year Service Announcement

During the Chinese New Year period, Suburban’s storefront and logistics arrangements are as follows. Please take note of these dates when placing your orders!


  • Holiday Closure | Feb 17 – Feb 19 : Retail stores will be closed, and all shipping services will be suspended.

  • Customization Services | Feb 14 – Feb 20 : Embossing and Laser engraving services will be suspended.

  • Final Order Cut-off | Feb 16 : The cut-off time is 13:00. Orders placed after this time will be shipped on February 20. There will be no Same-Day Delivery on this date.

  • Resumption of Service | Feb 20 : Retail stores will resume normal business hours. Shipping services will gradually resume, though the cut-off time will be earlier than usual. Please allow for one extra working day for logistics delivery.

⚠️ Note: Cross-border shipments will be affected by Customs holidays, resulting in longer delivery times.

過年期間，Suburban 的門市及物流安排如下，請各位留意下單時間喔！


  • 休息期間 2月17日 – 2月19日 (年初一至初三)：門市暫停營業，所有寄貨服務暫停。


  • 定制服務 2月14日 – 2月20日 (年廿七至初四)：Embossed & Laser 服務暫停。


  • 最後截單 2月16日 (年廿九)：下午 13:00 截單（其後訂單於 2月20日 初四寄出），當日無即日派送。


  • 恢復營業 2月20日 (年初四)：門市恢復正常營業，寄貨服務陸續恢復，截單時間將會提早，物流時效請預留多一個工作天。


⚠️ 注意：跨境快件受海關假期影響，收貨時間會較長。
