Due to different policies and regulations in different countries, import taxes and duties may be incurred at the time of customs clearance. When you are ready to purchase, please select the shipping method on the checkout page as Suburban Store Pick Up.
When the goods are ready for pickup, you will receive a notice of READY TO PICK UP via email of Shipping Confirmation. Please wait for the corresponding email before coming to the retail store.
When picking up the goods at the Suburban Store, you must bring along the notification email or SMS and a valid identity document with a photo issued by the government. Please note that you must personally pick up the products you ordered.
