Replacing your Lite Carry-On Wheel

Included in your Fix-it Kit

1 x hex key, 1 x screw, 1 x wheel

Step-by-step instructions

Part A: Removing the original wheel

1. Lay your case on its front or side so that you can easily access the wheel you’re replacing.
2. Use the hex key, turning anti-clockwise, to undo the screw on the outer side of the wheel.
3. Hold the long end of the hex key for maximum efficiency. Remove the wheel.

Part B: Installing the new wheel

1. Place the new wheel in the housing, ensuring that the wheel is the correct way up (the side with the extra metal ring faces internally toward the case).
2. Line the wheel up with the screw hole.
3. Use the hex key, turning clockwise, to fasten the screw in. Make sure the screw is done all the way up – you should not be able to see any of the thread when looking horizontally across the wheel.

You now have a replaced wheel. Congrats!
