Included in your Fix-it Kit
1 x hex key, 8 x screws, 1 x handle

Step-by-step instructions
Part A: Removing the original telescopic handle
- Unzip and open your case, laying it flat on a solid surface.
- Remove the packing cells on the right-hand side and find the center zip. This has an upside-down zipper pull, so you will be able to open it by inserting something small into the gap and making the gap larger. Unzip it from the top down.
- Open this section to see the telescopic handle.
- Using the hex key, undo 4 screws at the bottom.
- Using the hex key, undo 4 screws at the top (note, the 2 inside screws have webbing straps attached to them).
- You’ll be left with a top tray and a bottom tray on the interior of the case, and the telescopic handle can be removed from the exterior of the case. Keep the 2 trays handy.
Part B: Installing the new telescopic handle
- Put the new handle in place on the exterior of the case. Ensure that it is aligned with the 8 screw holes. Throughout this process, ensure that the handle stays close to the suitcase shell, so that the screw holes remain lined up.
- Place the top tray back on the interior of the case.
- Ensure that the webbing is over the inside screw holes (where it was previously), and use the hex key to fasten the 2 inside screws.
- Use the hex key to fasten the 2 outside screws.
- Put the bottom tray back on.
- Use the hex key to fasten the bottom 4 screws in. The handle should now be secured onto the case.
- Zip the ‘upside-down’ zip back up, bottom to top.
You now have a replaced wheel. Congrats!
