Replacing your Transit Carry-On Wheel

Included in your Fix-it Kit

1 x hex key, 1 x washer, 1 x screw, 1 x Hinomoto wheel

Step-by-step instructions

Part A: Removing the original wheel

1. Lay your case on its side so that you can easily access the wheel you’re replacing.
2. From underneath the wheel, look to the center and locate the screw.
3. Holding the short end of the hex key, undo this screw.
4. Remove the screw and washer.
5. Remove the wheel.

Part B: Installing the new wheel

1. Place the new wheel in the housing.
2. Place the washer (its flat side facing you) and the screw into the hole.
3. Holding the short end of the hex key, fasten in the screw with the washer secured beneath it.

You now have a replaced wheel. Congrats!
